What is the status of my order?

After you placed your order you will receive a confirmation Email. Usually, it takes 2 to 5 days to process and being dispatched. Immediately after you will receive your shipment information and you will be track the shipment till your package delivery.

2. Can I change my order?

It's possible when you decide to do that. If it's after the shipment it won't be possible. But feel free to drop us an email at support@fivestarbabystore.com or via our website. 

3. Where do you ship?
We ship directly to addresses which have been entered as a shipping address.


4. How long does it take to ship my order?

For shipments that are from our US warehouse, we offer 3 to 5 business days to addresses in the US. 

We only ship within the continental US.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept variety of payment methods. Such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, Interac, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

6. Which currency will I be charged in?

You can only pay in US (USD) dollar.


7. How can I track my package?

You will receive shipping information with a unique tracking number as soon as your package being packed. By using the tracking number and following the instruction you will be able to easily track your package.
